Role overview:

As an Affiliate Manager, you will play a key role in expanding and managing our affiliate network. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with affiliate partners who promote our online casino and sports platform. The role includes daily communication with partners, performance analysis, providing marketing resources, and tracking key metrics. We expect experience with Affiliate Tracking platforms, proactiveness, excellent communication skills, and deep understanding of the affiliate model in a highly competitive and regulated environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Development and management of an affiliate network in the online casino and sports betting sector
• Traffic quality control
• Provision of marketing materials and technical support
• Compliance with licensing and regulatory requirements
• Participation in negotiating commission and bonus structures
• Monitoring through specialized platforms
• Initiatives to Reactivate partners
• Negotiation and management of affiliate conditions
• Initiation of campaigns to activate the affiliate network

Requirements:

• 3 + years of experience in affiliate
• Deep understanding of the affiliate model and user behavior in the iGaming or related industry
• Technical background in digital marketing is a plus
• Experience working with affiliate management and campaign tracking software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• High proficiency in English
